Watchmaker assist?

Post by deepcdvr » Sun Jul 22, 2018 9:18 am

Folks

I bought a bombfrog minesweeper a year or so ago and since sold it to a friend. The watch came with a double if everything - case, hands, dial, orings, etc - all that was needed was a second movement to complete a second watch.

The guy that bought the set from me subsequently bought a movement from eBay and attached the hands but smartly stopped there.

Can someone here finish it off for him?

Here is what he has

Have him send it to Duarte. He has done several things to my non Seiko watches that aren't listed on his website as services offered. He's cheap with crazy fast turnaround times + a solid guy.

Duarte is definitely a good choice.

Yeah, this week he just fixed a watch I thought had a dead Miyota 9015 the same day he received it but kept it for 2 more days to make sure it was all running well. All for only $30 shipped.
