Whisky has killed more men than bullets, but most men would rather be full of whisky than bullets.

I like it a lot. On bracelet, it is definitely lighter, thinner and more comfortable than the DSSD without sacrificing much wrist presence, and the 22mm lugs and wider clasp really help counter the feeling of it being top heavy like the old school SDs I have had. Importantly, I have not had that once or twice a day feeling I had with the DSSD that I need to take the watch off and let my wrist rest for a bit. That said, at about 187 grams sized for my wrist and standing 15.2mm it is definitely not as comfortable on bracelet as the SubC--not that I was expected it would be. Ultimately, I bought this watch to wear on straps and am looking forward to playing around with different 22mm options when I get tired of it on bracelet, although my hope is that Everest or RubberB come out soon with a fitted black rubber strap that fits the glidelock clasp as that is really how I picture myself wearing this watch long term.
I do think the DSSD Blue is a cooler looking watch and while my mid-40's eyes appreciate the cyclops, I much prefer the domed, no cyclops crystal on the DSSD blue. The perfect big Rolex diver for me would be the DSSD Blue dial and domed crystal in the SD 43 case, but I am not holding my breath on it happening.
