I think it would have been better with a plain dial. Nice case, though.

I like this one. The crown guards are stupid and unnecessary, but it’s otherwise pretty cool.

I agree about the hands. They seem a little off.

If they had a flat bezel insert there watches would look better. Just can't stand that bezel ring looks like it's shaped like a halve donut just don't care for the way it is shaped it would bug me every time I looked at the time they seem to use it on every model.

Don't care for it on the 50 fathoms ether.

hands seem pretty dainty for an otherwise rugged looking diver... crown guard's a little wonky too

I like it but agree with the crown guard comments. at 41mm I would have preferred it with 20mm straps as I think it would think the case would look less blocky. Also as I own about 75 20mm straps. As a matter of fact it might have been an impulse buy it it did have 20mm lugs.
I like the explorer feel to the dial as well.

Not bad, I could wear it or throw it out the window with no regrets. No lasting impression but I don't hate it.

Wanted a Tropic 300 for a while and finally got one. Had it for two days and off it went. Think I liked the idea of a new vintage style classic more than actually owning one. Same with this.

Not bad and seen much worse. Crown guards look odd. Pass!

I can live with the crown guard but like others, the hands don't work for me with this diver.

These really are cool Eric !!! The way they do the dials is incredible, and it's
almost impossible trying to figure which is nicer in the blue, or the black !

They feel really classic, or vintage, but also totally modern, which is so great !
Plus you can tell that the quality is high too, and backs up the terrific looks.
