Definitely has the APRO flavor and I understand your position on this one. I have a soft spot for ML but I think this one is different enough and not a rip-off. Saying that though, I don't think AP has a case. If you look at their past lawsuits, the ML does not violate the AP trade dress, of course it's just my uneducated opinion.

It doesn't have the octagonal bezel or octagonal crown. No screws on bezel and the bracelet design is completely different. On the APRO there is one large solid piece with 4 smaller pieces to attach. The ML bracelet is 4 link.

They also lost this one when they sued D1 Milano which looks more like the APRO, but missing some key trade dress aspects.
