What’s your take on it ?
Hey Brice. I have been extremely happy with the Devil Ray, it has been getting a lot of wrist time ever since it arrived. Very interesting & good looking vintage inspired design and very comfortable. Really nice overall quality too. It's quality level is above the typical Helson/Armida category.

Bathy 38 today. Thinking this might stick around for a bit even with the 43 in hand. Very different watches on the wrist.

That is sharp looking.

New one today...Seiko SARX035...has a bit of Grand Seiko feel to it (without the GS movement obviously) for a really reasonable price. 41mm is perfect size for me. Bracelet is really nice.Image

Winner!!!!

I love that!

I’d tell you I’d give my left nut for that watch, but I’d be telling a lie. Actually, I’d give both balls and my right arm.

After a year of purging watches, I'm down to this Tudor "Tiger" chronograph in steel/18k gold on the factory leather strap as a daily wear watch. I've also got a Speedy Pro 3570 to change things up a bit.

I'm trying to source a black leather strap that would work on this watch, but finding 20mm x 16mm straps is not easy these days, and I would like to be able to use the 16mm Tudor deployant clasp. Most straps I've found have the "vintage" look them whereas I would prefer a strap with stitching parallel to the strap edges like the factory style. Rolex would be happy to sell me the strap for $365 CAD :banghead:

Congrats on the purge. I'm finding it's a hell of a lot easier said than done.

It's quite liberating to get rid of everything. I definitely miss some of the watches I've sold and I will certainly have some regrets (the 16710 GMT pepsi in mint shape for example) but I'm happy with what I've got. The Speedmaster was a wedding gift from my wife and the Tudor chrono was missing boxes and papers and had lots wear/tear on it, so it made a perfect daily watch that I don't have to worry too much about. All I need now is a true beater/vacation/beach watch.
