Bucket list moment for me Wednesday, coolest event I've ever been to......Augusta does it right for their patrons. Couldn't believe the undulation on the property, hope to have an opportunity to go again. The Seamaster for me today.....

I went to one event there back in 2001 and I had a blast. So much so I was drunk for 3 days afterwards. It was a killer time.5661nicholas wrote: ↑Sat Apr 07, 2018 10:33 amBucket list moment for me Wednesday, coolest event I've ever been to......Augusta does it right for their patrons. I've been on a 21 month hiatus from alcohol, but there was a time when I would have washed down 20 of those $2 beerstoxicavenger wrote:I went to one event there back in 2001 and I had a blast. I grew up in Augusta - back the you could get tournament tickets and (gasp) just walk up and get tickets for practice rounds - loved every time I was there5661nicholas wrote: ↑Sat Apr 07, 2018 10:33 amBucket list moment for me Wednesday, coolest event I've ever been to......Augusta does it right for their patrons. and yeah, TV really flattens the terrain - you need a sherpa to get around some places.
Glad you could knock off an item fro your bucket list!

You picked a great day. Neat that TW won the Par 3 and so cool to watch Jack's grandson and his ace.
Wonder how many Rolex and Omegas were there.

We were very fortunate, rain was in the forecast, but it turned out to be a beautiful day. I've been in the lottery for 10 years and never struck. I went with 7 other guys, the one who landed the tickets had like 30 people in his office do it and he ended up with 8 Wednesday tickets.BlueSky wrote:Nice. my brother and some of his HS friends were there wednesday and thursday as well. one of their classmates has been tiger's caddy for a while (joe lacava), so they had a little mini-reunion there.

Hey - is that a Context leather wallet? Looks just like mine. Took forever to break in but it’s awesome.
And nice watch.
