Has everyone had time to catch this over at Hodinkee? Or visit Google by chance?
Today Google has replaced their regular logo with a cool drawing of the British
clockmaker John Harrison. Who was born on April 3, 1693, and would become
one of the world's most well known, and important horologists of all time.
Building some of the most incredible clocks, and also watches that would not
only tell time, but calculate longitude, and accurately navigate the seas also.
Have that drawing, along with a few pictures right here...
Saw this over at Hodinkee everybody...

John Harrison's Birthday honored on Google
Re: John Harrison's Birthday honored on Google
Interesting, most Brits would remember the him as the guy who made the watch that Del and Rodney sold and became millionaires in 'Only Fools and Horses' some years back.........
