Thanks for finding those, Tom, but man is New-Anonimo a train wreck.
You are very welcome Jared.
Yeah, you know have always wondered why Anonimo didn't stay with thier old
designs from years back. ..They could have made some cool changes here, or
there, or kept them exactly the same, and it would have been awesome !
They could honestly have these newer Anonimos, but also always have the classics.

Don't mention it Eric.sierra11b wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 3:44 pmGood looking out, TomAtomicTom wrote: ↑Thu Mar 29, 2018 10:17 amJust seeing these new Anonimo's that were just evidently recently shown

There are the Anonimo Militare Vintage, and Militare Vintage Chronograph which
have 43.4mm stainless steel cushion cases, 120M WR, AR coated sapphire crystal,
eggshell white, or black dials with Super Luminova coated hands, numbers, and
markers, decorated 31 jewel Sellita SW260-1, or Sellita SW300 with special
Dubois Depraz 2035M module made for Anonimo, and cool leather straps.
Along with Epurato Blu Intenso, and Bronze Galvanic Green Sunray with 42mm
cushion cases, 50M WR, AR coated sapphire crystal, deep matte blue, or green
sunray dials with Super Luminova coated hands, and applied numbers, and also
markers, leather straps, and 26 jewel SW 200-1 automatic there behind things.
Timezone.com, and Anonimo.com with a lot more...

Maybe it's the post shift beers talking, but I came in cross-eyed looking that the chrono. Maybe it was because of the hour hand placement?
Honestly, there is a lot going on with both the dials, and the cases sir,
and it actually makes for this 3D effect I think. You have the hands, but
also mix of numbering, and sub-dials that can almost hypnotize.

Wow, this is a great looking watch. A little thick, but otherwise great size. Gonna put it on the list.caesarmascetti wrote:I love this one from Guinand

You know you can get the original for way cheaper got this one incomingJoeprez wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 7:14 amYeah those Nomos releases are really bad.I would have thought that after spending some time doing the Tudor thing just releasing the same watches in different color combos, they would have something interesting to bring to the table.
And as a big Omega fan... that wave dial sucks, the helium crown sucks and the rest of the watch sucks too
This one I kind of like:
Re: Basel Releases 2018
I must say, Mike does the vintage stuff very very well.
Re: Basel Releases 2018
Got this one as a birth year watch for 1958 34mm was about the biggest mass produced size from that age. Was looking at a Rolex date adjust at the MWR PX a few weeks ago but did not want to pay the price. And the Rolex sub from 1958 out of my price range I can handle 34mm remember lug to lug 40mm so mite look bigger on the wrist.

Looking forward to wrist shots when you get it. If I could pull off a watch that size I'd definitely own one.River Rat wrote: ↑Sun Apr 08, 2018 3:49 amGot this one as a birth year watch for 1958 34mm was about the biggest mass produced size from that age. Dunno if these have been posted yet, but saw these new colts on IG. Looks like a seaforth hiding in a breitling case, but I like it. Glad they’re brushed vs polished.

I like the blue dial and brushed case, but it seems kind of chunky like a 6-digit Sub.Ruggs wrote:Dunno if these have been posted yet, but saw these new colts on IG. Looks like a seaforth hiding in a breitling case, but I like it. Glad they’re brushed vs polished.

Both look nice and I'm glad to see Breitling finally started brushing their watches.

Re: Basel Releases 2018
It's tough when your brand's calling card is a really ugly bezel design. Instead of one ugly stargate bezel, this one has four.
Re: Basel Releases 2018
Dig em but aside from no applied wings logo, the face looks kind of bland
Many will register, few will last
Re: Basel Releases 2018
The vast majority of the new Breitling collection looks like someone left off a few Photoshop layers – there's just something missing in the detail level. Can't tell if it bugs me, or if I just need to get used to it.
Re: Basel Releases 2018
Tudor puts an in-house in theirs for the same price as the Breitling's (ETA movements). I really don't like the wave dial of the Omega..
The 70th anniversary Seamaster with the small seconds sub dial is sweet.

The best thing about the new pepsi is the solid Jubilee with adjustable clasp. Even so, I wouldn't trade my 16710 pepsi for one.
Re: Basel Releases 2018
The more I see it the less I like. The bezel always looks pink in pictures. I’ll have to see it in person.

Re: Basel Releases 2018
Check out that TRF thread. The guy who took that picture talked about the impact of different light (none). Not only is the red too pink, but the blue is too purple. Amazingly, I think I like it less than I like the blue/black one - which I don't like at all.
Re: Basel Releases 2018
My 16710 will not leave. I will pick up a Batman version. I do like the colors on that one.
