BLRO is discontinued
BLRO is discontinued
So it's pretty much confirmed BLRO is discontinued in its current form.
What would you guess will happen?
Finally a SS Pepsi?
Update movement and then back on the market in its current form?
Or what else?

Where did you hear that? If so, prices are going to go crazy. Lucky for me I think it sucks.

Yep - take my wallet please. A ceramic Pepsi in SS would have a waitlist for awhile.rockmastermike wrote:Not that they dont already but Rolex could print money if they brought back the SS Pepsi

Re: BLRO is discontinued
Or it could be an upgraded movement in a new PM Pepsi “technically” making the current PM Pepsi discontinued??

Read this thread earlier and asked my AD to do the same with Area Sales Manager just to try and it's not available for paid order.
So, I am not rushing out to sell a bunch of watches and get a 1/2 a pound of gold on my wrist but I hope it's a sign that the SS Pepsi is coming

I read this wrong. I thought you meant the black/blue. I've heard the white gold Pepsi is done for too.
It was a terrible seller and they had huge watch to watch variance in the bezel colors. Some where ok and others were pink and purple.

Ha, and as with all things Rolex, that manufacturer's defective Pink and Purple one will be worth Paul Newman money one dayJP Chestnut wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2018 12:00 pmI read this wrong. I thought you meant the black/blue. I've heard the white gold Pepsi is done for too.

Re: BLRO is discontinued
I love the BLRO. Good thing for me is that I don't think this will make prices skyrocket in the long-term though. Speculation will drive prices up in the short-term, but it's just too expensive of a watch (without looking expensive) for people to shell out that much cash.

Stainless would sell, white gold is the limiting factor.

A SS ceramic Pepsi is one of the few things I might sell my 16710 for...
Re: BLRO is discontinued
I would buy a WG GMT even if it had the plain old black bezel. I like the stealth nature of WG, and don't need anything to scream "my watch is special". It's good for me and resale values that most PM Rolex owners think otherwise (YG/RG resell for more than WG, usually).

I like the WG Pepsi. I'd like it even more on a jubilee with some micro adjust.
