Scotch tape baby. And btw the grey and red scotchbrites are the way to go. Not green. Grey is very fine, red slightly less fine. Did it today.

Gonna need something to take all the scratches out of his bezel and crystal also the way he’s rubbing it up and down that smooth surface...

Several videos have mentioned green matches Rolex brush. How did the grey work out? Matches the rest of the bracelet?

Grey was very fine and looks perfect on my iwc bracelet. Green seems far too aggressive whenever I've tried it.

It Last Forever as I just cut off a very small 1-inch piece and I use it for a long time before I cut off another piece. This way the smaller the piece the easier it is to control while using it

I've never owned a Rolex, but typically most nicer watches have much nicer brushing than the green can provide. Green matches a $200 Seiko bracelet or $500 boutique brand bracelet just fine.

I've had good luck using these cheap multi sided nail blocks on better bracelets. You can start with the roughest to get out deep scratches and work towards the finer sides until the brushing matches. Wouldn't touch a case with it though.

Geez, I can't believe how some of these morons handle an expensive, or any watch for that matter.

I know right? He's clearly sliding the face of the watch on something hard like a patio glass table or something. I couldn't watch anymore.

Wonder if anyone knows what the final grit number Rolex uses to match it perfectly, sounds like Eric had great success with the Grey one.
Here's something I googled on 3m pads

3M Scotch Brite Nylon Pads:
7445 - White pad, called Light Duty Cleansing - (1000) 1200-1500 grit
7448 - Light Grey, called Ultra Fine Hand - (600-800) 800 grit.
6448 - Green (?), called Light Duty Hand Pad - (600) 600 grit
7447 - Maroon pad, called General Purpose Hand - (320-400) 320 grit
6444 - Brown pad, called Extra Duty Hand - (280-320) 240 grit
7446 - Dark Grey pad, called Blending Pad (180-220) 150 grit
7440 - Tan pad, called Heavy Duty Hand Pad - (120-150) 60(?)
Green Scotch Brite is available EVERYWHERE. It's 600 grit.
Blue Scotch-Brite is considered to be about 1000 grit.
(The value inside the parentheses is directly from 3M.)
3M Chart
Less Aggressive --------> More Aggressive
7445 7448 6448 7447 6444 7446 7440

FWIW,

I've used the light grey (7448) on both Omega and Rolex clasps for very light touch ups. Worked very well on the Omega clasps and seems to match the factory brushing on my SD4K clasp quite nicely.
