You really think that simply telling him he's got a nice peter will make him give up that 2254? Think again pal, you'll need to at least "cuddle" him.

No, James certified noxious fumes! I live in the third world, it’s a slightly different set of rules down here.Captdave wrote:Marine chemist certified gas free I hopejames80 wrote:

Thanks Dave, it didn’t turn out to be too bad, really a slightly Smokey engine room caused by an old gen. I just went to see the layout of the fuel tanks and wasn’t there long but there are guys in there all day, crazy.Captdave wrote:Be safe! Agreed. Love the size and weight of the Milgauss.jtbenson wrote:milgauss, lovin’ the size and weight...

Just out of curiosity since I know you've had both, how does it wear compared to the 116600? I see them both as compact and thick-ish, though I could be way off on the MG. That's one I've never been able to handle.

The Milgauss is a lot less "hamburger-y" than the SD. It's not just less thick, but better proportioned overall, and the case is a lot less flat.
I appreciate both, and I think the angular, flat case of the SD is perfect for the tool watch it's meant to be. However, if you're just purely talking about comfort of the watch on the wrist, the Milgauss blows it away. It's comfortable on the wrist while still maintaining presence, which is a hard combo to nail.
