I'm fascinated by mechanical alarm complication, but for me that is the one to get. I like the size of the no-date and the fact that it is a no-date, but the seconds marks on the dial are a turn off. The date and memovox doesn't have that and the watch looks better without it.

Date 200m is the one for me as well, can't seem to digest the difference on the Alarm for almost 5K more for a feature I'll never use just as with my NSA.
One of the local AD's is in Geneva and meeting with JLC today, I've asked him about the screw down crowns, should know soon.

Again I don't know about explorer killer or what not, I think those type of statements are silly and it's not like JLC directly competes with Rolex but damn this is gorgeous

It really is, seconds ticks and all.

Since all-dial watches of this type tend to “wear larger” on the wrist, I think I can live with the no-date. The Tudor Heritage Ranger is 41mm too, with 22mm lugs, and it had a big look. This Polaris no-date on nato would look fantastic IMO.

==================
Couldn't agree more-- The JLC looks to be a nice alternative, although it's $7600 on the bracelet whereas the Rolex is $6500 or so. The No date Sub C is $7500... Looking forward to seeing the JLC's in person...

Agreed 41 with short-ish lugs will wear great on pretty much any wrist.

This is pretty hot and a great alternative to a white/silver dial M18 3-hander
I just hope it's not really a polished case like it shows in all of the promo shots

Looks like a combo brushed and polished case though.

Yeah, don't the top surfaces look polished to you? I hope not

I'd be surprised if the case was finished differently than the non-LE chronographs.

Looked like polished tops and chamfer, and brushed sides.

And I'm surprised. From WatchesBySJX:

The entry-level aviator’s watch is the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition “150 Years” (ref. IW377725). The dial is white lacquer, matched with blued hands and an entirely polished case, a combination the gives it a flashier look than the average pilot’s timepiece.

I do too. Does JLC use an Omega/Rolex style adjustable clasp?

Iwc was definitely lacking in the flash department. Kudos for doing something different for the LE though.

I think this is Love. Now to figure out what to sell. I need the Polaris Date on bracelet. I also can’t believe I used the B-word.

the nsa articulated rubber and titanium bracelets have micro-adjustment on both sides of the clasp. you can change one side or both and it's the perfect amount of adjustment for temp variation imo.

Had I known this I’d have picked up the NSA when it was semi-affordable.

It sounds like the new 5-link bracelet for the Geophysic True Second also has this clasp.

Strapcode has had adjustable butterfly clasps for awhile now. Not exactly the same as this JLC, but close.

Wanted to add this one into the mix guys. Not sure if you touched on it yet.

It's the 1858 Pocket Watch from Montblanc. Which helps to pay tribute to the
160th anniversary of Minerva Watches, and has an adventurous mountain
climbing theme. With specifications like a 60mm titanium case, and something
called a lanyard system that allows the pocket watch to become a wrist watch.

You also have 30m WR, a blue bumortierite stone dial with beige Super-Luminova
markers, and numbers, and highly visible red, and white hands, and special
leather straps. With Montblanc's manual winding 22 jewel MB M16.24 right
there behind things.

Some pictures everyone...
