We at AP have figured out how to bake waffle dials in all sorts of colors. Instead of making that bezel with something scratch resistant like ceramic. Worse and worse every year

The theme of SIHH this year so far is "More of the Same".

Redesigned Rieussec is hot. I liked the original, but this one is even better.

Needs a few more hands on the dial. Actually like it somewhat, though for a bit less than $150,000 I'd probably pick up something else. Even if I won the lottery.

Yum. Finally something decent. Too bad it's probably enormous.

^ I think there's an old Baume & Mercier or Eterna that looks exactly like that.

I'm not feeling the sports watch omega style extended case/crown guards. The way it wraps around the crown is less elegant than on my PO. Not what you want with a VC.

I get you on the crown guards. I think I was initially attracted to the dial - the 3 dimensional look. And part of me has always wanted a moon phase.

I don’t like some of their other watches I’ve seen this year.

The LE is amazing but expensive. I'm partial to the date version, but that no date is going to be an amazing pickup for about $5K used.

Either one in the middle. I love my alarm, but it’s not worth damn near 5k more. Oh lawdy

I may have to look into this. The more of it I see, the more I like. Definitely the no-date for me.

Date for me. I would love the LE but it’s not worth the price bump.

I wonder if these have screw crowns?

I’d bet the 200m models do, but the 100m no date may not.

I’m also curious about strap/lug width on both the date and no-date models.

If $ wasn’t a consideration then I’d pick #1 for sure but it is...Image sadly and alarm isn’t worth that much more $ to me
So it’ll be #2 for me which I still need to figure out how to fund Image

I lusted for the Tribute model but it was out of my league. Since I also don’t need a Chrono or alarm, either the date or no-date can work for me. The dual crown - all dial look should wear great in 41 or 42mm sizes.

Any idea when these will start showing up at dealers?
