Squale Bund C3 LE

Post by mfxr » Fri Dec 22, 2017 1:37 pm

Just saw this on Instagram. I think it is pretty nice.
Looks to be based on the 50 atmos case, ETA 2824-2. About as close as you can get to a Blancpain Bund without dropping the Blancpain money $$

I like it

So is it the same case as their previous limited BUND?

That was an excellent watch- only thing that made me sell was the orange markers.

I think it is the same case Ben.
I came close to buying the Gnomon version, but was also put off by the orange markers, and I wanted a polished case.
This hits all the marks for me, but I just don't have any $$ right now :crybaby:

I like it a lot. I'd never buy it, but it's a good design.

I’ve been on the fence about this. I am a Squale fan and like the design.
But that’s my EZM1.1 payment.
This edition (of 40!) leaves off ‘Squale’ from the case.

I agree.. it is nice, but for $1800, it's not so appealing. For that money you're in Sinn territory, and vintage Squale/Auricoste territory.

Nice. Really like sterile bezel divers...

Much better than the previous version with the orange markers, but I can't look at any Squale without seeing this now:

^ hah.

I inquired, and there are a few remaining, and it is an extra 125 Euro to ship for me in Australia. (not sure how much for you guys in the US).
It is VAT inclusive, but they said they could not remove the VAT for me unfortunately.

I was considering trying to make it work but it is just too much $$$ for me right now.

Someone here should get one, and I will snag it from you later ;)
