Lol, that's about right, don't buy this watch for the lume. I had just taken this for him, fully charged, but it'll look like your shot in 10-15 minutes.

I've had the regular version too, and I actually think the tinted lume on the no-date is a little better than the older version, but it doesn't last long at all. That said, my other watches are divers, which probably isn't a fair comparison. But lume is definitely not a strong suit for Hamilton, at least with the 3 Khakis I've had.

I totally agree with you!
Especially compared with divers watches.

That is good though that the new one is a little better
Thank you

Yeah the lume sucks. Don't buy it for that.

The new khaki navy scuba is the only hammy I've seen that has decent lume.

If someone asked me to decide for one watch to live with, I m 95% sure that it would be it

Now I just have to wait and see when it will be available here

Side by side comparison. Think I mite like it's smaller brother better you can get those still cheap today compared to the remake. Will have to see if I bund with this watch or I will sell it for a loss. You never get back what you pay for a new one. The strap sucks that came with it first thing I did was get rid of it and put a better NATO on it.

Looks great Mike. I think 38mm is about perfect for that watch. I personally couldn't wear a watch any smaller without thinking it looked funny on me.

Still planning on picking one of those up soon...

Congrats Mike, it looks good. New > Old. 38 > 34. Keep it and sell the old tiny one.

What are you waiting for???
Spending some discretionary funds setting up a home darkroom. As soon as that's complete I'll probably pick up the Hamilton.

Ah. I was just kidding. I kind of wish I'd waited - I paid full retail but they've already come way down. Oh well, it's a cool watch, and even at retail a bargain.

I think I want one even though I’m sure I’d think it was too small.

I'd say it'd probably feel small to you, but you wear a 103 and the Hamilton has basically the same LTL. Probably be good to try on first though.

The 103 has wrist presence due to the thickness.

True, and the Hamilton is very thin.

Cool. I had a brief look but couldn't find any live shots of the brown. May be it hasn't been released yet?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a lighting issue and they only come in black.
