anybody still got one of these? (GO Seventies Pano)

Somehow, in my quest to own a real nice 'sports watch' (cringe-worthy term) that doesn't incur a five month waitlist (or a five-figure price tag to match), the GO Seventies has evaded most conversations containing the Nautilus/Aquanaut, Laureto, Polo S, etc. Saw a few of these have floated through the BOD over the years, but most of those posts are old, and of the chronograph version. Anyone still got one, or have the 3-hander?

PS: I might be the only person on the planet who actually thinks this thing looks kinda rad on the rubber.

I love that watch. Never got around to owning one, though.

I like it.. I guess it's one of those left-field watches that never make the lime light.
If you like it, go for it - it's different and interesting. Too many watch people worry about what others think.. you should go with what you like, that's all that matters.

Amen. Collection has definitely started to lean more towards this – oddly enough, the 'forum darling' pieces never seem to stick around long.

I think you can check this out in person at Toppers in Burlingame.

Tried one on sometime last year. It's a beautiful piece and I can see someone using it for double duty as a dress and sports watch. I think that can be attributed to the case shape. Only thing that would truly stop me from getting one is the prop lugs; I change straps too often.

I like it too. I have been on the hunt for a birth decade watch.

I have to see it IRL. Rolf's pic looked like an Apple watch.

I like it too, but for 6k, personally, I’d rather buy a good used sub.

The white dial version looks even nicer and not as Apple Watch like. Topper has this one for sale now-

I do see the Apple watch resemblance now that it's been mentioned. Damn.

I had the gray dial version. I wore it for about 6 months. Really nice. You can't knock the quality or the in house movement. GO big date is very well executed.

I'm curious to see why people sell – guessing you offloaded yours for something else? Quality seems pretty outstanding, as does the movement.

It was yours I wore at a GTG. I loved it.

Tried on today in SF - this thing is seriously rad, albeit maybe a hair larger than I hoped. Dial is extremely good, and the bracelet is the tits though - one of the nicest I’ve ever tried.

Thanks for this thread.
I’m able to cross one off the list.
