Lugs seem to have gotten some inspiration from the SubC, which isn’t a bad thing IMO.
Everything seems to get compared to the Sub eventually...but I'm not seeing that in the lugs
The lugs are wide, but not so boring as a sub's. The bracelet, however, is a pure omega rip off.
Its similar to the modern Speedie bracelet but closer to the bracelet on the MM300, I would have thought. I'm not sure which came first, the recent Speedie bracelet or the MM300's?

That's actually a good question, and I was mostly joking. It looks like the Omega design came out way before:

They've been using it since 1991.

Yup. The MM300 came out around 2001.

Its a Hirsch Pure. The dive pics show it on a Hirsch Extreme. Lots of places carry Hirsch straps.
Appreciate it. Pure looks awesome.

Agreed but I’ll take mine on a SBGX115. Good size, GS quality, great movement and mid 2s used.

I do miss the SBGA029 a lot but can’t afford to get it back now and don’t want to flip what I have.

The watch fit great for the size. Much better than the SBGE001 which wore a little top heavy. No need to consider the Ti version IMHO.

The Spring Drive version is one I've lusted for. Someday...

A high-beat Grand Seiko diver? Oh my, oh my. If it was 42mm it would be a real "killer app."

It's a looker for sure but discontinued and rarely up for sale. The search is more than half the fun though, at least for me

This right here. 40mm, titanium case, 9F quartz. I'd be all about that GS.

The indices seem for me to small for that dial making it look strange.
