Not sure if this has been posted before but anyone who uses watch winders may find this useful. On the Buben and Zorweg website, there is a page that gives all winding specs for almost all watch brands and models. It lists rotation and direction for optimal winding. Anyone who has a programmable winder can dial in exactly how many rotations suit your watch to avoid over winding.

Hopefully the link works but if not, from homepage scroll to bottom of page and bottom right is the link.
Cheers

Re: Watch winding info and specs
Good info. I believe Orbita has similar info on its website.
