Mido's Multifort Escape
Mido's Multifort Escape
Has everyone had time to check out at Mido's Multifort Escape already? Just saw a great
look at them over at Hodinkee today.
The watches have sandblasted gunmetal PVD finish 44mm stainless steel cases, 100 meter
water resistance, double AR coated domed sapphire crystals, Geneva stripe black, or khaki
dials with blue, or green Super-Luminova coated hands, and numbers. Plus 35 jewel Mido
caliber 80 (base ETA C07.611) adjusted in three positions, leather straps, and more guys.
Check them out...

Re: Mido's Multifort Escape
Nice, Tom; 42mm would work better for me.
Re: Mido's Multifort Escape
Dig the black dial. Interesting metal treatment to the case.
Re: Mido's Multifort Escape
I like the green one. I've had good luck with this movement. 80 hours of power reserve is a huge plus and they make a Chrono grade version. Watches are also nice and thin. Why can't Omega pull this off.
Re: Mido's Multifort Escape
Could do without the date on the green one but these I like!

I really like the blue super-Luminova coated hands! Do they come with the leather or you replace it?

Whisky has killed more men than bullets, but most men would rather be full of whisky than bullets.

Nice and different. Not sure about the aged look of the case, but interesting that they have their own even if modified, movement. Thank you Tom.
Re: Mido's Multifort Escape
No need to thank me guys. Thank you !!!
Really glad everyone is liking them so much ! Honestly isn't something you would expect from Mido right?!
Especially with the unique finish, but also with the eye-catching dials too really. Plus you have the nice
movements which are the icing on the cake !
They really do seem different, but still have that cool Mido refinement. Glad you guys enjoyed them !
Thanks again !
