Re: WRUW 9 Sep 17
Hope everyone is having a great Saturday.
Hung out with my grandson his morning, picked up new Glycine watches at UPS, met with Art and now enjoying a beer on a beautiful NC Saturday
À WIS and strap junky in the making. His first GTG
Cheers

Floating down canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now

That's one of the awesome things about DWC. Humble Seikos mingle with AP and Rolex, and all are welcome.tmw wrote:I think this is naft screenshot day.

Damn. That's great. If I lost 73lbs, I'd be under 100 lbs.Nellipj wrote:Yeah, and my wrist is smaller now. I'm down 73 pounds since April. My wrist is about 7.5 now.Panerai7 wrote:Pat it's funny it looks like a normal SubC on your wrist and mine

Mike, I'm just working out a ton and watching what I eat. I work out 2x a day, 4 miles in the morning and another 4 in the evening. Either elliptical or incline treadmill. I do about 22,000 total steps a day 5 days a week. Saturday I work out 1x. Sundays are an off day. Average about 65-70 miles a week. Biggest week was 86 miles. Keeping my calories to around 2200-2400 a day. Limiting carbs a bit and limited sweets. 50% carbs, 20% protein, 30% fat is a typical breakdown. Lots and lots of water. 160 ounces a day is what I do.rockmastermike wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2017 6:37 pmCongrats - What's your plan?Nellipj wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2017 6:33 pmThanks still going for 30 more. Watching the fight at home and finally able to use the adapters I got forever ago on my aquatimer. The dam lug screws were a bitch to remove. Thread locker from hell. Able to break one free but got too pissed off and pulled the side cutters out and sacrificed the second one lol.
Got replacement screws used on Gucci watches my watchmaker had and actually look nicer than the OEM ones. Now I can use any standard 20mm strap.
Art !!! I'll need some canvas for this !! Charcoal with charcoal stitch
Here it is on a grey phenomenato. Looks and feels fantastic.
