No. They should be embarrassed because the knock off's crown is less stupid looking.

Must be the same catalog case that Hager is using.
Honestly it is par for the course. Tudor is popular so instead of just Rolex ripoffs now there are Tudor ones. Doesn't bother me. Companies can make they want and I don't have to buy it.

Both companies should be ashamed. Those are terrible.

Why should they be ashamed? No different than many others. It is what it is. If they see a way to make money...

Why? Because it's a shitty rendition of someone's design.

Tudor has utilized the BB design to death with iteration after iteration. The bronze is the worst of the bunch...taking a successful seller and trying to cash in on the fading fade of bronze watches. It's an uninspired mess.

As for the homage discussion, we've beat it to death and no amount of argument/debate is going to change it. Why bother

I just said the watches were turds. Should we only discuss watches we like and not express an opinion on things we don't like? You're the one that poked me into explaining why I think they both suck.

For what it's worth, I think the Heroic looks better than the Tudor minus their terrible logo. The we should put snowflake hands on everything ship sailed long ago.

The Tudor is the perfect microcosm of what's wrong with the watch industry. It's bigger than it should be. It's made out of a faddish material. The crown is pointlessly stupid.

I've seen this one in person and I thought it was nice looking. At 40mm with a normal crown in SS, I might have thought about buying it for a second before dismissing the idea.

I agree. They botched the 41mm model too with the dumb crown design. I appreciate that although Rolex doesn't do anything ground breaking often, they also aren't continually chasing fads like Omega.

Both Tudor and Omega are frustratingly close too. It still blows my mind that Tudor doesn't sell a watch based on the Rolex 16610 mid case.

It's a great watch. If they're going to offer a million derivative versions of everything I hope a SS 40mm Pelagos shows up.

I hate to say it and I am a fan of Tudor, but I think I may prefer the Heroic homage besides the prominent logo.
