I'm surprised no one scored the "Daytona" yet.

Cool looking Fortis, they need to make one with a white dial
I've been thinking about that one. Is this the one you're referring to? Would need to move the Alpina to get it, not sure if I want to do that.

Re: Cool Fortis Ive not seen before
yep that one and the black dial one as well. full ceramic bezel automatic chronograph for the price of Rolex's ceramic bezel alone
Re: Cool Fortis Ive not seen before
Damn i want the black with ceramic "Daytona" one now....
Re: Cool Fortis Ive not seen before
I've almost pulled the trigger on this one a couple times. I should just do it.

Re: Cool Fortis Ive not seen before
Curious to hear how you get along with the screw down chrono pushers. It seems like that could be a bit of a nuisance, although it doesn't sound like many people actually use their chronographs so maybe a non-issue

Re: Cool Fortis Ive not seen before
I have a Seiko Solar Chrono with screw down pushers and I always have them unscrew (unless I'm hitting the pool / beach). I do use the chrono function (or bezel) almost every day, I just like timing my commute and other non trivial stuff.

Thanks Joe, I've dragged my feet enough on this one. Time to scratch this one off the list

I have screw down pushers on my Seiko SSCs, not a big deal unless you are often surprised that you need to time something.logan2z wrote:Curious to hear how you get along with the screw down chrono pushers. The Fortona looks pretty good. They did a nice job with that one.

Leave them open all the time and just screw them down when you're going to swim or whatever.logan2z wrote: ↑Fri Aug 04, 2017 12:55 pmCurious to hear how you get along with the screw down chrono pushers. I don't think this is a very attractive watch. The lume, in particular, isn't great. However, the ceramic bezel looks better than the Daytona's. It's less bulky, and the numerals are less cartoon looking.
