So I hit share and what link do I use

I just use the BBCode option, which wraps image tags around the url. Just press the "copy" button next to that one. Then just paste that into your post.

Edit: This is in a browser, no idea if imgur app is similar.

With Photobucket I click share in the native app, copy link with one click, come here and hit paste, boom done

It's not. You have to click the link and then put it in between the img tags, either by clicking the photo icon in the browser or brackets on Tapatalk.

I don't use the app. I open a window in my phone's browser and use their mobile site.

Simple move mouse arrow to the right corner of the photo you want to post and that pops up.

Copy forum link simple. One thing I did different than photobucket I set up albums with titles like chronographs for this one. Makes it easy to delete stuff if the same thing at IMGUR as photocrap were you can delete a whole album and a bunch of photo's as once.

I couldn't get it to work from my android phone either, it would just put a link here which isn't what I wanted. I tried a few different photo hosting sites and although they don't have an app I now use Postimage from the browser.
I wonder how many people have paid Photobucket the $399 to continue using it, not me that's for sure.

I use Imgur quite a bit. It's tricky because different forums/sites require different coding. Just have to play around with it to find the right combo. But yes, you need the app in order to view on mobile, unless you go directly to the website.
