I've had my share of brain farts, but this is EPIC.

I think if I was this guy, I'd sign up with a new user name out of sheer embarrassment.

There was a thread on their AP board from someone who thought his RO was broken because it would start and stop depending on how much he was moving around. The fix? Winding it.

There are some STUPID MOTHER FUCKERS with $$$.

Checked with my wife see if she could figure it out, it only took her about 10 seconds and she's the same person that thought Alaska was an island for 20 years!!

That guy should be proud of himself for being successful enough in life to afford several Rolexes.
Must have been difficult with his meager mental abilities.

At least he was humble and took his ribbing well instead of getting bent out of shape

There was another thread on TRF about a guy that thought his watch was broken because the date changed at noon instead of midnight...

I had a boss in Singapore who had an Omega GMT. One day I asked what time zone he had it set to. He responded saying he never knew what that extra hand was for. Moron.

Washed his watch with dish soap and sponge. Sounds good right? Not when you use the green side.

Tell him you heard the coronet in the rehaut was off by .0001mm and that should send him running.

I gave him Ben's phone number and told him "this guy will respond, but it will probably take many calls/texts".

Jeezus. 4 Rolexes on winders and can't figure that the date chang- screw it.

Reminds me of an exchange I had with a very hot saleslady at my local Jared - back when Jared sold Omegas and Rolexes.

After pawing a Planet Ocean for a few minutes and getting the standard Jared 15% off shpiel, she sweetened the deal with this:

"Plus, we offer free lifetime battery changes. Just bring it in and we'll replace it for free"

"Uhh, it's an automatic watch. It doesn't need a battery"

"Well, if it ever does need one, we'll put it in for free".

I shit you not.

Guy has done well enough to own 4 Rolex watches but doesn't know that he has to change the date on months without 31 days.. Priceless & the reason some people think Rolex owner are douchebags.. maybe they're right, this guy has 4 of them and he is surely a D-BAG!
