I've noticed since the hacked email account sent out PM's with that link, which I deleted, my inbox shows a negative 1. Not sure how that's possible.

That seems to be a bug in the forum software. Several people have noticed this since the forum software was upgraded.

I was doing the same, but for some reason there was one post that doubled the other day where I didn't see the "x" in web view. Weird.

I believe we lose the ability to delete a post if anyone replies to the thread. What I've been doing it to refresh the thread as soon as I post. If I've doubled, I delete the last one. Sometimes we won't be able to, such as on a busy thread, but it's better than nothing.

If the settings for this are the same as I left them, I think you have 5 minutes after you post to be able to delete your own posts.
