It's interesting this new partnership between Breitling & Tudor.

Rolex is smart. They produced a cheap in house and now they're shopping it around to gain scale.

How are these different than the current versions?

Proportions of the hands seem wrong ...

It's subtle, but the crown is different, hr hand is fatter, bezel has PIP (major issue for many with the last version), date placement is changed to 3 o'clock and lugs look a little thicker on the new version.
Re: New Breitling Superocean Heritage II Collection
From some angles on these pictures it looks like the hour markers are brushed as opposed to polished on the previous iterations. Hope so. If not, I retract my previous comment and these are nothing to get excited aboutstreetracer101 wrote:It's subtle, but the crown is different, hr hand is fatter, bezel has PIP (major issue for many with the last version), date placement is changed to 3 o'clock and lugs look a little thicker on the new version.

Meh----As said above, the Breitling movement in the Tudor Chrono is interesting...The in-house movement is excellent but they need a new designer.

Cool, thanks.streetracer101 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2017 3:49 pmIt's subtle, but the crown is different, hr hand is fatter, bezel has PIP (major issue for many with the last version), date placement is changed to 3 o'clock and lugs look a little thicker on the new version.
Bezel pip is a big plus. Overall like the look of these quite a bit, which is not surprising since I've always like the previous versions. A 42mm blue 3-hander might be in my future.

Love the three hander in blue. Still pine after an older one on occasion.

Re: New Breitling Superocean Heritage II Collection
At first glance, I don't see a difference either. I have to pull mine out to take a look. The bezel PIP is the only thing jumping out at me. With that said...of course I like it!streetracer101 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2017 3:49 pmIt's subtle, but the crown is different, hr hand is fatter, bezel has PIP (major issue for many with the last version), date placement is changed to 3 o'clock and lugs look a little thicker on the new version.
