I hardly think 2mm in height makes it unwearable. My Sinn 103 has to be at least 16mm thick and it wears great.
2mm is actually pretty significant.

Not to me, but I own watches from 38 to 46mm. I guess I’m just not that sensitive to it.

I meant in thickness. My EZM1 was around 16mm thick, and it was very much thicker on the wrist than my PO2500.

Most of my watches are pretty thick. The only watch I ever hated because of the thickness was the newer Planet Ocean chronograph. That looked and felt enormous to me, and I wore a Panerai 243 for a long time.

new Le Jour chrono...

Anything around 15mm or over is a struggle under a shirt cuff for me. My SD is tolerable since I love the watch and it barely squeezes under, but anything over that is a no go for weekday wear for me. It’s the only reason I don’t still own a MM300.

I own them from 36 - 48 in diameter but the thick ones don’t usually stay around too long. I’ve avoided the Grey Side of the moon for this reason.

I couldn’t tell you the last time I wore a long sleeved shirt. Maybe that’s why it doesn’t matter to me.

^^^It's my goal to eventually live somewhere to say "I can't remember the last time I wore long pants". Once I get there I'm going to have a coat burning.

Also not sure what type dress shirts others wear, but my MM300 fits fine under mine.

I don’t wear them either. It’s more that they become top heavy - especially on a strap. I do LOVE the look of this one though. Might be worth a shot with the 20% off.

I like them, but find it hard to justify the price when there are brand new Porsche Design models (made by Eterna) in titanium getting blown out on the discount grey market websites for 1k a few times a year. I wonder if LeJour is using the same case dimensions as the PD model.....

This.

Instantly reminded me of modern Seiko 6138-8002.
Yeah, that one looks good. Very sporty.

Edit: If these become available used under $1500, that would be a very good buy IMO :)
