Post by AtomicTom » Thu Jan 26, 2017 10:06 am

Have any of you guys had time to check out Ball Watch's new Engineer Master II Voyager?

With the watch there are two case sizes in 40mm, and 44mm stainless steel. You also
have AR coated sapphire crystals, Amortiser anti-shock system which is shock resistant
up to 5,000G's, 100m WR, black, or blue dials with 74 thin micro gas tubes on the dial,
and hands, Super-Luminova coated seconds hand, dual time, and 12 o'clock date window
display. Then there is the Ball caliber RR1301 automatic inside, black leather strap, and
stainless steel bracelet, and much more.

Just a couple pictures...

I wonder why they bothered having part of the 5, 6 and 7 on the left version? The black one looks much more clean. Conceptually I like that it is a different form of GMT.

Those partial numrals look like crap on the left one! I agree get rid of it. It's not even half a number. it's 90% missing FFS.

Some of the big players are guilty of it as well.

I think Ball has the highest percentage of ugly ass designs than most companies in business, that is besides Invicta.

They were so close with the brand name, but "Ass" would have been so much better.

That IWC Andrew posted is arguably worse. Still, that blue Ball (ha) is a sure fire way to ruin any dial.

Congrats, Ball. You did it again
