One Watch 2017

Post by Nomadz » Mon Jan 02, 2017 6:19 pm

So my list of in and outs was retarded again this year. I'm going to see how long I last wearing only one watch. I wore the same TAG diver for decades. It cannot be too tough. I thought about this a little and ruled out the Speedie I had, as it was not going to survive my work environment. I settled on another UX as my do all never take off year long watch. So 2017 is UX only year. We will see if it works out.

Well you picked one you shouldn't have to set the entire year and still be fairly close. Good luck.

I have been tempted to try this with an SMP 300. I wish you the best of luck, and it's a bad ass watch for the job. One watch.....doable.....one strap.... no way!

It is not that difficult. If the UX ticks enough boxes for you it should be no sweat. Limiting forum time will help keep shiny object syndrome at bay. Good luck[THUMBS UP SIGN]

Shiny object syndrome is real strong with the eye candy selling around here, especially in the Seiko diver variety.

A solid choice. A worthy goal.

I give it until late April, early May. Maybe sooner.

I've gone U1 for months. The UX is a sweet choice. Currently my Black Bay or 2254 could make that cut if it all came down to it. But, I'd still have the U1 in reserve. Sinn, ftw!

I'll see your one watch [WATCH]️ challenge & join you. #enabler #BPFF365

...unless I get a line on a 500 Fathoms, then I'm leveling up.

Thanks fellas, I'm going to try and limit my time in recon. My track record is piss poor but barring a cheap Rolex GMT showing up, I think it can be done .

UX is a great watch. I could wear this one for quite awhile I'm sure.
