Found these cleaning out some old boxes

Post by Sniper13 » Fri Sep 16, 2016 3:30 pm

I was looking through some boxes at my parents house. I found these two in an old tin can. I was about 5 or so when I got them. I can't recall the last time I saw them but they both work.

I'm gonna make a desk stand for the Waltham. Not sure if they are worth anything, but they're kind neat.

Here are what some of mine look with stands. The aircraft clock worth about a 100 bucks some that have more complication and are rarer are worth more. Is the Heuer stop watch got any military marks ? Most vintage stop watches don't sell for much 20-100 bucks. I bought a WW2 issued Elgin stop watch once for 20 bucks at a antique show. I bet I got some stuff I forgot I had. I got a WW1 US Army issued aircraft clock I use as a desk clock by the computer they make good desk clocks.

Wow, those are cool. There's no military type markings on the Heuer. If I remember correctly I got them from my great uncle(??) who was in the USAF. Like I say I've had them for about 30 years or so.

Heuer stop watches were issued to pilots/navigators back in the early 70's when I was in the USAF. That 8 day clock looks like the kind that were in the B-52's and F-4's I worked on. They were always getting stolen so they had us jobolt them into the instrument panels... I used to have one. Don't know what happened to it...

Great find!

I've always wanted a Bulova clock associated with NASA or the Elgin model 37500 aircraft clock ever since RMG released their 801-A "Aircraft"
