I went with Ed and Andrea last year. It was worth it if you can make it.

I was thinking about it, but then I might be stuck their for 3 days and I want to explore the city with my wife/daughter since they have never been before.

Good to know. I might have to figure out a way to swing it.

Too soon. He needs at least 5 years notice.

I wouldn't have showed up either, if I only had 5 hours of sleep while doing my job. :salute:

I talked to my wife and we might come out there as a family to do some sight seeing. Any thoughts on a reasonable place to stay without breaking the bank?

Well we are going to Seattle this year so no show for us. But here is who will be at the show.

I actually emailed them a few weeks back about being a sponsor but I didn't get a reply back. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

You guys forget that I live in Manhattan – the couch takes up 90% of my apartment, and what more, the whole family sleeps on it. No room for guests.

Terry, I'm sorry that you won't be making it down this year. Not only is it a good show – and one that think would be a good fit for your business – but fall is the best season to visit NYC. I'd have loved to have you guys come down to the seaport, hang at my favorite restaurant and down a couple of Bloody Mary's together.

Next year!

Regards,
Adam

Adam, I was hoping it would have worked out, but the recent issue with the d-bag planting those explosive devices in NYC, made my wife shotgun shy. So I understand where she is coming from.

We have heard Fall time is the best time to come. So we are going to work on something's to attend next year for certain.

This starts today. Not much to see there but I might try and stop by to see the Squalematic. Probably the only chance to see one in person.

FYI, RedBar is hosting the afterparty this year, so if you want to get your drink on Saturday night, let me know and I'll shoot you a link to the RSVP.

And, yes, I'm paying for the space and the booze, so it's a great opportunity to take complete advantage of my sorry ass.

New Squale is very nice. I only stopped in for 15 minutes so I didn't see much else. Talked to Bill Yao for 5 minutes.

They had a list there as well. I put myself down. The bezel is enamel so the color looks great. You'll definitely like it.
