Well, we saw them do this with the Sumo range, but you would've hoped that the MM300 was treated with more reverence due to its historical importance. Guess not. Rolex went colourful with the Sub, Seiko seems to be following suit.

Seiko is notorious for horrible promotion pictures of watches, I'll withhold judgement until I see some owner pics.

Apart from the slight misalignment of the chapter ring (and it is marginal) I really like it. OK pin and collar bracelet links are always a disappointment, but the watch is really nice.
The colour and finish of the dial is great.
