Keeping the PAM love going
Keeping the PAM love going
Well, I was recently bitten hard by the PAM bug. I decided I had to have one, and the boss gave me permission to make it so. Decided I had to have a sandwich dial. I thought long and hard about the 111 and 112. Discovered the newish 312, went back and forth on handwound vs. auto, seconds vs. no seconds, brushed vs. polished cases, date vs. no date.
In the end I sprung for this. Absolute beauty on the wrist. I couldn't be happier.
Here are a couple of Q&Ds I took this morning. Now I need to go spend another few hundred hours figuring out which straps I'm going to buy.

You chose well!
Re: Keeping the PAM love going
The 312 is a the best bang for the buck PAM and incorporates everything I'd want in one piece. The p.9000 in-house movement is still in the early stage but I doubt there will be any issue handling the simple complications. Speaking of complications, the seconds hand and date window without the cyclops make it the perfect piece.
Esthetically, the 1950 case can't be beat and it's all about the "9". The seconds subdial is small enough to keep the 9 on the dial.
Congrats!

I have really been liking these Pam photo's and have been feeling the magnetism but just don't think I could wear a watch on leather.
Re: Keeping the PAM love going
Check out some of the custom leather straps. Absolutely beautiful, and as addicting as watches.

^^^
I've just ordered a couple of GSD straps, a CH II and a black one. Can't wait to get the OEM croc off.
