Re: Redbar Watch
I'm still here, I just haven't been posting much... anywhere, really.
As for the watch, ML approached me with the idea when I visited their manufacture last summer, and I figured, hey, why not? They let me pick the watch and "design" it, though as you can see, there wasn't a whole lot of "designing" to be done thanks to cost restrictions – red accents instead of orange, and a custom numbered caseback is all she wrote. The fact of the matter is, for a 10 piece run there's only so crazy you can get. Had we done 50 or 100 that's another story, but I doubt that there would've been demand for that many.
Anyway, for our first LE, yes, I'm pretty psyched about it. Personally speaking, I'm a big fan of the Pontos S Diver – clean design, killer lume, nifty internal bezel, 600M of water-resistance – and hell, now it's flying my colors and sporting my logo. In spite of the minimal changes, it has a unique reference number, and since the cases were made specifically for this run, as opposed to being pulled off the assembly line, the actual serial numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4... That's good enough for me. Mind you, for those of you who are turning their noses up at ML, all I can say is wait; we have three brands vying for the honor of doing the next RB LE, all of whom might surprise you.
Regards,
Adam

Re: Redbar Watch
I like the watch, Adam doesn't need our approval, and I'd love any company to offer me the opportunity to design a custom piece (please, Sinn, make a DWC LE happen )
Re: Redbar Watch
Cool watch--almost had a silver dial ML if it wasn't for Antiquorum...

Shall we start a poll of what we think the three will be?
