ToxicNato Relumed bezel !!

I've been wanting to do this for the longest time and didn't know where to start. I've toyed with the idea of trying it myself but never went through with it for whatever reason. I wanted to relume one of my H20 Orca bezels using C3 lume so I could achieve the 2 colour lume effect like you see on the IWC aquatimers.

When I saw Terry's post/thread that he had sourced relume services and would be offering the services through ToxicNatos ( https://toxicnatos.myshopify.com ), my eyes lit up, and didn't even hesitate to let Terry know that I will be sending a bezel to him to be relumed. I opted for the brightest lume available c3 Superluminova. So off went the bezel to Terry's attention.

So fast forward a few weeks and Terry tells me it's done and that it would be shipped immediately after payment was made.

I have to say that Terry's CS is freakin stellar. He kept me informed and when the bezel was done sent me some teaser pics and outlined the process involved to get the end result you see below.

So here it is mounted back onto the watch case.

Bezel on the right is the standard bgw9 SL used on all H2O watch dials and bezels. Bezel on the left is the newly relumed one with c3.

**Note - I left the lume pip on the bezel the OEM bgw9 and did not have that changed**

I'd be so scared to ruin that beautifully brushed bezel if I was trying to relume it.

Well when removing the old black paint from the markers I did eff it up and put a scratch that you can see beside the 5 on the 50 marker :/

Every word I used was an expletive for about 5 min when I did that lol.

I'm over it

Love the great contrast between blue and green lume.
Looks great at the side angle to see that the lume flushes very nicely into the bezel.

Thx guys. Terry is the one to thank for finding a great source to do this. I may consider filling the bronze bezel markers on my CH6.

Did a dial module swap to the GMT which adds a third lume colour to the mix.

And a strap swap just for JP
