New Oris Barrier Reef LE

This is pretty nice looking. Oris does a great blue dial.

They make a great looking watch. I had a BC3 white dial and it was a great value, especially at 40% off. The only think keeping me from their other divers are the funky lugs.

I'm with Hoppy - I would seriously consider this if it weren't for the lugs.

I owned one a long time ago. I didn't mind the lugs and just left it on the bracelet. The new rubber strap is great, too.

Nothing wrong with that one. N

The day treatment is pretty nifty, too (I'm assuming that they're using a 2836 under the hood).

Overall, that's one purty watch.

That looks cool and like Adam said I dig the date setup.

That looks great. I don't mind the lugs on mine, it just lives on the bracelet.

That's one of the nicest I've seen. The lugs are interesting but I probably leave it on the rubber strap anyway

That's a good looking watch. Not completely sure how I feel about the lugs, I'd need to see it in person.

I've heard that about the rubber, especially with the new no-cut micro-adjust clasp.

That's great looking.

I was skeptical about getting an Oris due to the lugs and figured I'd get the rubber and maybe a custom leather, but the bracelet ended up being surprisingly comfortable.

Pretty. I like Oris divers except the small opening lug ends.

Beautiful watch. Wish the lugs weren't so sharp angled. Does it have one of their in house Mvt?

+1 on the funky lugs. There are several Oris that I really like, but the strap limitations make them a no go. That one would be awesome on a solid ZULU. Handsome piece for sure.

I like this and the depth gauge. I keep thinking of getting the depth gauge.

That is great looking...the resell hurts, though.

Gorgeous, but at 46mm I'm out.

I guess I didn't drink my DWC :koolaid: this morning. This doesn't work for me.

Non-standard lugs are an issue.

Also, I'm not fond of the day of the week inner dial. Clutters up the main dial for no reason.

And 46mm?!? No thanks.

It's a nice piece, the dial really works but I can't help thinking it's a stripped down Depth Gauge. This is worthy of 46mm and is a fantastic looking watch. If this version could be shrunk to about 42mm I think I would have much more appeal. I am ok with the lugs but it does limit strap options

I've always liked the Aquis and this one is up there with the best colours / styles. I can get past the lugs once I get both bracelet and rubber.

Please explain? It's always come across as a heavy, chunky watch, but I could be wrong. I've only handled one once, briefly in an AD.
