I've used them too. No operational issues, but no claims either.

But since they are owned by UPS and they insure watches and jewelry I think it’s solid.

I would think so too. I don't ship watches that much, but I feel comfortable that they'd handle a claim reasonably well if I ever needed to make one.

I recall these carriers have disclaimers (the fine print) that excludes those items or significantly reduces coverage. They’ll take your money for insurance, then deny the claim based on this. You will likely get the cost of insurance refunded, but won’t get the claim paid.

CGI. I know carriers have limits, that is why I use CGI to cover it.

i just copied the insurance values i posted above directly from it. the problem is those values do not match the ones they sent me

Do y'all still recommend CGI?

Thinking about signing on with them or Parcel Pro. Just too risky and nerve wracking shipping without insurance via USPS and FedEx.

CGI is all i use too. that's said I am very curious about if anyone's ever had to file a claim with them and how they handle it. ultimately at the end of the day that's what really matters and that's why were using them in the first place so I hope they actually do a good job at that.
