Art from centinel said FedEx is stingy with s2 m2 and l2 boxes. Guess I'll try in store for those

I'll literally stop shipping with them if I can't get those boxes. They're all I use.

Local fedex lady looked at me like I was bananas when I asked if they had any of those boxes.

Best part is, you can still use USPS for shipping and cgi for only the insurance portion. Half of you have gotten USPS packages from me with the standard < $100 USPS insurance, it doesn't mean the packages are only insured for under $100 .

Thanks for this heads up Zack, I just did this yesterday because the USPS annex is right around the corner for me. Which makes more sense then driving 8 miles to the FedEx.

Just a heads up in case you didn't notice centinel will only insure USPS priority up to 500 and express up to 1000

Art managed to get me a ton of fedex boxes within 2 days. All the S2, M2, L2,padded paks, and shipping label pouches I could handle.

Centinel CS is off the charts.

Been a CGI member since last year, and in general, I love it. Their shipping platform has a couple of technical quirks that need to be worked out, mainly there is no option to select FedEx 2Day A.M. shipping, and some of their policies are inconsistent with the shipping platform.

Also, some people mentioned using Jewel Systems. Interesting fact is Jewel Systems sued CGI since CGI was started by a bunch of ex-employees, and JS alleged that CGI stole their platform:

That's incorrect. Spoke to Art about this the other day since they had inaccurate figures posted on their site, which have since been updated. Priority Mail limit is $500; Express Mail limit is $1000.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. I meant if you actually shipped from a PO using USPS insurance.

I use their extra insurance on my USPS packages with no issues. I will start using FedEx for higher valued items but the FedEx is no where near my location.

It can take some time before they bill you; you'll eventually get an invoice.

All with insurance. Prompt deliveries and good rates.

Just signed up for this last week and sending a package tomorrow. Got a price of $49.60 from CGI versus $120.60 direct from Fedex for express overnight.

Have shipped several watches in and out of the US. No issues. Except for one occasion CONUS
Always significantly cheaper than usps.
