Some of my favorites (I know they don't all adhere to your requirements, but hey, requirements are often malleable ):
- Rolex YM 116622
- Omega Ti Speedy 9300
- Omega '57 Speedy
- Omega Bond SMP 2225.80
- Nomos Timeless Club
- Nomos Weltzeit
- Omega Aqua Terra GMT chrono
- Patek Nautilus, FPJ Chronometre Bleu, AP Jumbo
** Sorry - posted pics, but as attachments they showed up all out of order. Will update later. **
That a great a list of watches Matt...Malleable
Thanks
Mike

That left hand date window would bother the hell out of me for some reason. Not to mention the cyclops

Classic blue to me is APRO and SMPc, maybe the Doxa 5000 Caribbean.

A nice one is also the Milgauss, different blue but looks good to me nonetheless. Probably expensive though:
Another within a lower budget could be the Longines conquest:
If you don't mind pilots, Archimede makes a really nice blue dial watch:

Couldn't go wrong no matter what you chose out of all of these Mike !
Might lean slightly toward the Bremont, and one like Eric's Seamaster
GMT though, just because of the extra nice watches, but also great
looking vertical lines on the dials. ..Just looks cool !

No bracelet and likely too dressy, but the Jaeger Reverso Latitude is stunning.

I know Tom...
Should make this a sticky for blue watches...
So many choices...at this point Omega, Breitling, or off the board for UTS
1000 GMT or Sinn 757 Diapal... I appreciate everyone's suggestions--if you want
blue something for everyone no matter what your budget..

Lots of good suggestions.
That reverso looks great. And the De Ville too.
I vote for the new 114300
