+1 on the White Stargate. Love mine and it is spot on accurate.Joeprez wrote:Another two affordable options, I've owned both (twice each ), and they are great for the price:
Yep, I dig white dial watches, always have at least one in the collection.

Re: White dial battle
The 3568 is by far my favorite white dialed diver. I would have bought one long ago if it did not have polished center links on the bracelet. I tried polished center links on a Sinn long ago and that was the reason I never wore it and finally sold it.watchingyou wrote:I agree with Chris and Matt, I think the Aegir wins against the other 3. Of the original 3 though, I actually prefer the Halios. I have the white 3568 aquatimer and I like it better than the new one. Not crazy about the numbers on the Squale.

Re: White dial battle
Wow. I forgot about the Helson white dial Shark Diver. That is a great white dial watch. I like it a lot because of the colors on the hands and indices. The addition of color makes the watch super legible. Great call, Joe.

Re: White dial battle
Amazing how many great white dialed divers there are actually right everyone?!
The battle could go on for days, weeks, even years !
It's great !!! ..Probably could never pick a winner, but it's still great !
Thanks so much for the opinions, pics, and laughs guys !

Re: White dial battle
Might as well throw this in to the mix.
Re: White dial battle
I loved the 3568, in theory but found that I had to force myself to wear it most of the time
The 42mm Exp II white is hot. And Bremont and Aegir also have some very tasty white dial watches. My current favorite by far is the JLC TTP '58. It's an Explorer taken to another level IMO.

I believe the "Gen-2" 3568 has fully brushed bracelet, plus a better clasp with two-button deploy mechanism.T.R. wrote:The 3568 is by far my favorite white dialed diver. I like it better than the current version, but the proprietary lug system leaves me cold.

This one is def in the top 5 for me.
Of the three above, if the IWC is in fact is a true white dial (not silvery) than that would be choice 1, if not the Squale,

I like it. Probably would have bought one , but was turned off by the bezel. I prefer matte or brushed SS over the sapphire/shiny.gwells wrote:i know i'm probably the only person here who likes this one, but i still do.

Thought I would share, since my CD-1 just arrived today. My Aquatimer is up for sale so snapped a couple of comparison shots before it gets boxes up. Both are incredible watches.

Re: White dial battle
Can I play?
It's probably not fair as this is a limited edition piece that was made for the Ice Project Team.
But it's still a diver and it's white so I will throw it into the mix

Re: White dial battle
Not so much better...I like them both about the same, but at it's price point, I have a Black Bay I want to get with the Aquatimer funds.logan2z wrote:I'm guessing that means you prefer the Aegir.
