I'm no longer a slave to PCL's. It's liberating!!!

Post by falcon4311 » Tue Apr 28, 2015 2:55 pm

I was a little nervous taking my watch to my buddy who's a goldsmith to have the bracelet brushed, man am I glad I did it. I no longer have to constantly worry about finding new scratches or smudges on my bracelet, I personally think it looks better, too. What do you think? Yeah or Nay?

Very nice. Once did that myself to a Doxa 5000t. Agreed that sports watches should not be shiny.

Looks great.

But then again you could have kept the PCLs and followed that WUS guy's 47-step anti-scratch regime.

Thanks guys. One other thing that used to piss me off is every time I adjusted the watch on my wrist, I'd have smudges as I mentioned. An easy fix but it still bothered me.

Looks great. He did a really good job of matching the brush pattern and finish.
