That's pretty sweet, but I don't think it will hold a candle to the JLC LE Incursion.

I looks good on you. It's very tasteful for the ROO line.
I have a feeling the JLC kicks its ass though.

Re: Whaddaya'll think?
Maybe I'm just a Neanderthal, but the whole AP ROO line, etc does absolutely nothing for me. I REALLY, (seriously) don't get all the hype. Same with the HUBLOT Big Bang. Maybe it all has to do with what's under the hood. Not bashing here because it's a well respected piece, and I DO respect it. I just don't like the looks. Sorry.

Don't know yet....wait just a sec...... ..........
I think I like it. You can't argue the quality and uniqueness of it. Love the brushed case and handset. Maybe tone down the waffle dial a bit and get er on metal-maybe thats sacrilidge with AP best I have is a Seiko but I kinda like it.

Re: Whaddaya'll think?
It's a polarizing watch, no doubt about it. Personally speaking, I'm in love, but for obvious reasons this love will have to remain unrequited for the near future since my watch fund is officially kaput. However, if you see certain pieces of mine popping up on the various sales fora, well... you'll know why.
Regards,
Adam
PS - T.R., those aren't tritium tubes. That would be cool, though.
PPS - The standard ROO bracelet will fit, but it'll cost you a cool $2K to make it happen.

Re: Whaddaya'll think?
Personally, I really like that one. At least as much as I like the NSA (that we haven't seen yet ). Looks much better than the chrono versions with the big arabic markers, IMO. Internal bezel is awesome and the case is classic.
I could never afford an AP, but if I was gunning for one in that price range, this would be a strong contender.

Jigga what, Jigga who
Looks good hombre.
I never really got the whole AP ROO thing. However, if I did, get it I would get this one

Re: Whaddaya'll think?
Damn, Adam... you left me and Miles at the Panerai Boutique to post this?
Glad to check out the AP ROO Diver in person with Adam and Robert (Brklynlarsons). Like some of you, I'm not really into ROO although Jay-Z can rock the heck out of 'em.
However, when I caught wind of this a few days ago, I had to see this in person to ensure that it was the real deal. It truly is. The weight is perfectly balanced and the rubber strap very comfy. The height is just right (probably 3mm higher than its predecessor, the ROO SCUBA).
Be tough to acquire this without having to let go an iconic Panerai piece like the 64 or 202. It just hit the Boutique (AD's will get 'em in a few months) but it is not a LE so I can hold off... hey the Tudor Heritage Chrono still beckons.

Re: Whaddaya'll think?
Put me on the side of the Incursion for this heavyweight match.
As you guys seem to dig it, for true appreciation it probably has to be seen in the metal.
