It's Big, it's Black, and it's Beautiful
Darin offered to let me take his Darth Tuna for a test drive . It just showed up and it's as badass as I thought it would be. The surprising thing is it actually kinda fits. Sure it's big and thick and commands everyone in the vicinity to look at your wrist, but that's kind of the point with this thing right? I don't think anyone straps this on going, I'm trying for that under the radar look.
The watch is super light for its size and I always thought the second hand was painted white like the 015 but it's just polished stainless. The 1000m is not something I'll ever use but the mono case is a cool conversation piece. I also think this is my first time wearing a black coated/PVD watch. all I can say is, it's going to be a fun couple of weeks wearing this around. Huge thanks again Darin!

If no one else looked in here, I knew you would Terry.

I agree!! Does the MM look crazy small to anyone else? It's supposed to be 4 mm larger than the rolex, right?? I love the MM and it's probably the most realistic grail I have, price wise. I just can't really wear watches larger than 42mm's, and would prefer the next purchase to be 40 or 38. The MM looks really wearable in that pic though. Do you have any pics of the sub on a NATO (or any other thin strap) next to the mm?rockmastermike wrote:This shot is very helpful, thanks!smalls wrote:

The MM has a smaller dial so it looks smaller and the case bevels in so it wears like a 42mm. You can do a search on the forum I think it was Mark (andrema) who did a great comparison of it.Taylor31315 wrote:I agree!! Does the MM look crazy small to anyone else? Yeah, I may have a pic or two but the sub is sitting up on its bracelet while the MM300 is sitting flatter with the strap. It's kind of an illusion but the MM300 does not wear 44mm

That Darth is awesome! How big is your wrist Matt? I want to pull the trigger on one of these but the size always scares me away.
