Aegir CD-1 a few pics

Post by t20569cald » Tue Nov 18, 2014 4:45 am

We are working on a set for the website, but these are the first ones done. As time goes by, the pictures will change, when we sort through and find the best we like.
At least these will give some idea how the watch is looking, and there is a side by side shot of this and the CD-2. The CD-1 has slimmed down a lot. Bezel is Kolsterised, and has a Ti tint to it. Soprod A10 can be seen through the crystal back, and a nice looking movement it is.

Wow. Those are hit. Digging the minimalist bezel too.
I would not know whether to go white ot grey :)

Unbelievably nice Todd !  They are all so great it's almost impossible
picking a favorite really. The white dial is epic, and the black is just too good !
That new grey is just extraordinary also though, and the leather really kicks
it up as well. ..What a spectacular job Todd. Thanks a lot for the update !

I like it, and it was a smart move to harden the bezel. That style can become a scratch magnet.

I have seen the grey and white dials in person...they are both HOT AS HELL! The white is really crisp and the brushed grey shifts color in the light, which is very cool!

I am getting the grey! It should be coming soon :)

Great job, Todd! Thinking about the grey dial  Any plans on a no-date version down the road?

Grey dial with the metta strap rocks Todd. J

Forgot about that. I had the markers made bigger too, and a larger of lume, and it does show when the two models are side by side.
Will get one later tonight, as it is 6am now, and has been light for 1.5 hours already, and I am on my way out the door most of all.

I think these would look great on alligator. Maybe the white dial with black alligator/white stitch.

Nice! I'm definitely gonna have to spring for a lumed second hand on my Cd-2. ;)

Make sure it's taped up first or it might catch on the way in. Just ask Eric how much that hurts.
