Are we frowned upon? Because damn they are good.

Have you seen some of the crap our brothers from across the pond eat? :puke:
  This comes to my mind.

Apparently, this is what a Scandanavian breakfast looks like. Note the pickled herring and pate.

BTW, that's what bacon looks like when you don't paint it red with food coloring.

No worse than others think of us out west having a big plate of Rocky Mountain Oysters. I remember an east coaster having dinner at the restaurant I was working at and asking if the Rocky mountain Oysters were fresh. I said they were a just few minutes more fresh than her steak.

Or in the small town in Ohio where my family is from. They sure love their sweet bread.

Me? I love a good crawfish boil, but it's kind of like eating peel and eat shrimp or trout, quite a bit of work for a little food.

Have you ever noticed the sweetest tasting creatures from water are "bottom feeders?" Catfish, crawfish, tilapia, lobster, crab...

Sweet Breads, oysters from the sea or the Rockies, foie gras, blood sausage, bottarga, pile it on my plate, please.

I'd take a run at it D for sure. Gotta load up the ice box with PBR though  although I like me a bullet occasionally.

I understand the cheek and eyes are some of the best parts of the head. I'd eat it. But I'll eat anything once...maybe twice.

NOT IT!!! I'm the one that's the last to go and the last anyone suspects of being shitfaced. I wish I still had the pics of one of my buddies who passed out at another friend's wedding reception. Fucker when straight thru a coffee table in their new home. So what did we do? Sharpie'd his ass with the most vile drawings/statements we could conjure up. bear in mind this was a Saturday night and he had to return to work on Monday. I don't think he went in that day - Sharpie doesn't come off of flesh, especially the face, too easily.
