Not sure if this has been posted before, but has anyone tried one of these on their subs?

Thanks in advance!

Paul, I just got one for my Sub-C and am really digging it. Here are some really Q&D photos--I was planning on doing a more serious job this weekend.

EXCELLENT!

Thanks - I think I'm going to pick one up and check it out. For 135 bucks, it looks like it's well made. I like the rolex look to the clasp and the attachement to the watch.

Cool

I'm fairly certain, atleast from looks, that the clasp is the one that came with his Rolex.

All they supply is the strap. No clasp.

I'm sure Sir Edmund Hillary wishes he was Mike Kobold.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

I have one but cannot get it to fit on my 14060 drilled lug old Sub. Fits loosely on my old GMT-Master (not perfect). I was told they were designed for the new sports models.

I've been considering one. There was a thread going on the Rolex Forum - http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.p ... ht=everest .

I bought the aftermarket glidelock clasp for it, just in case. http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.p ... ht=everest

It came in last week on a decent bracelet with polished center links.

I think they need to produce one for the older models - there missing out on a potential shit ton.

Btw, that after market clasp is money!

It will probably fit my sub date

Seriously, though, that's good info. I don't have an old sub, but I would assume it would fit your GMT

This looks great, more Sub's need to be on rubber.

Thanks! GREAT information!

Any idea if the after market clasp will fit on a standard sub bracelet, or will it only fit the new sub c? I believe I know the answer, just hopeful..

Hey Paul,

I haven't tried it yet, but I think it should fit the standard?

Last I checked, the seller - sizzlinwatches was sold out, but worth contacting to see if they will have more? For $50 hard to beat.

There's another link to his other sales on that same page. Here's a new link - has 5 available (at last check a few mins ago)

I don't own a Submariner, but I have to say.... that rubber strap on that watch looks very bad ass and gives that watch even more versatility. I love a rubber strap that fits to the case. Nice find.

That is both :fro: and

OK...unrelated.

Is there an aftermarket bracelet for a Tudor Snowflake Sub? I am on the fence on getting a bracelet for it, but don't want to dump the $$$ of an OEM one right now...

If the Snowflake's dimensions are the same as the Submariner, I think this bracelet could/should work? (hello captain obvious!)

Originally, I was going to just use the band on a Root Beer Squale to see how I liked the clasp - the end links matched up to the case great, but the lug holes on the Squale are moved closer to the case than the Sub's, so it was a no go.

Someone who has owned both would be able to confirm whether the cases are the same. I think Matt and Adam have owned both.
