Isn't it true that the US Post office ordered all clocks removed from their lobbies, so customers couldn't figure out how long they had been there...
I've had to train my USPS guy - he now actually gets out of his vehicle and places the boxes in the designated area... we were pretty good friends before he got that gig, though.
The worst experience with delivery is by far Fed Ex. I live about 40 miles from one of their 'hubs' - I seem to always miss my delivery person, especially when the package requires a signature. You can't just pick up the phone and call that particular hub - you call a 800 number and wade through the menus... then I almost always end up driving the 40 miles to pick it up. Aggravating.
