Quick, what time is it?
This one would take some getting used to, but man, what a lovely watch. Mid-60s Cosmonaute.

Re: Quick, what time is it?
It's easy, 15:42...I love 24hr watches...They read as a digital watch, two scales, one for the hour and other for minutes...Awesome watch the Cosmonaute.
Easier to read in other 24 hr dials not so crowded...

Bond also likes Dive Watches...

Actually, 14:42... but I agree, cool concept. Just an adjustment from how I've been reading time for four decades.vegaban wrote:It's easy, 15:42...I love 24hr watches...They read as a digital watch, two scales, one for the hour and other for minutes...Awesome watch the Cosmonaute.

I love 24 hour watches... I've wanted one since the day I joined WUS.

That is one awesome watch.
Is it yours or one that you are selling/sold for that sale?

I could get used to that...
24-hour watches are very cool, . If I'm not mistaken, Breitling did some with 12 on top and 24 on the bottom as well, although I'm not sure in which models. That's a nifty variation.
In the context of being an actual pilot and having this as your on-the-job watch, I figure the 24-hour layout makes a lot of sense and would become intuitive to read very quickly. Making a 2-time-zone watch in this layout would make a lot of sense, too.
Thanks for sharing that, I love seeing funky pilot's watches!

1/4 to 3 looks funky to me, stylish but funky
Re: Quick, what time is it?
That a cool Breitling--think I might opt for a more modern Navitimer, though..
