Not as bad as I thought 51mm would wear. The lugs are curved and the case is relatively thin, so it fits well. I haven't found it so comfortable on the couple straps I tried, but it's really great on a NATO.

Sweet - got the Sinn rubber onto the SEAL. That's something I've always wanted to try out. How are you liking that?

Thanks. I got it because it reminded me of a 1940s style watch with the color combination and dial layout. Top Grade 7750 under the hood too.

Mido flies under most WIS radar. They are bigger in Asia than anywhere else from what I can tell. I own three and each is a solid watch in its own class.
I wrote a review of it several years ago that might be of interest:

I'll stick with the G-SAR today since it is a Canadian watch and I have a student who has traveled all the way from Edmonton Alberta to Baton Rouge to expand their educational knowledge base riding on my EMS unit tonight.

Yeah, it got me looking them up too. I think that just might be my next purchase. I was concerned at first that it
might be too small, but when I read it was 43mm, it would be keeping with my smaller watch pledge for the new year.
Really a Great looking timepiece, and it sure doens't hurt it has a modified 7750 under the hood either.
