I heard a new law might be on its way in CA making it necessary to have a license on a boat...makes sense...you can get a DUI on a boat. I've seen tons of stupid crap on the boat. In my opinion, any way to filter out even a small % of dummies who wanna drive a boat but are too stupid to do so sounds...
